Phased completions across detached and semi plots required repeatable inverter locations, scaffolding awareness and homebuyer-ready documentation-all without delaying sales progression.
Solution
We implemented a pragmatic ~2.67 kWp roof-mounted blueprint per dwelling, dovetail with truss deliveries and scaffold slots. Liaison-heavy NIE work happened off the critical brick-and-roof path so plot teams could chase practical completion confidently.
